So what does jobster do exactly? According to them "Jobster is both a networking site for professionals and an online recruiting service for employers. We work with employers to help them find great people, and we work with professionals and  jobseekers to make it easy for them to search jobs from across the web, get  the inside scoop on company culture, and get referred for jobs. "

Wow - that's long. Simply - Jobster helps me put the word out on the position we are currently hiring. It seeks referrals, recommends people, have them apply blah blah..

Is it working for you? I would really like someone who could answer me honestly on that. Some one mentioned the other day(not like to name) if your co. checked out How many repeat customers they had from last year? Now that's something I would like to know.

Jobster allows you to upload all your contacts and use them for referrals/networking. I didn't like the idea that my contacts will sit in their database; which you can't delete.  You can upload contacts from your Outlook, linked  and others.
It's like I did the hard work in networking with my contacts and ...... I need more control on my contacts.
Things I like for now:-
I like the project planning capabilities and the reporting summary.
