Do a Comcastic Search

Last week I had to call my cable Co   as my On Demand stopped working and the first thing I heard  after inital pressing "1"'s couple of time was a female recorded voice asking me "looking for career change?".. blah blah  and asking to check out comcast.com for job opportunities.  Excellent strategy to promote your brand and to attract potential's to your site. But then its a waste of my time holding to listen to their career advertisement instead of directly connecting me to support. (By the way the advertisement is not a one time thing .. I tried 10 times and you do have to hear the ad)

Oh well ......... Not a big deal for me as I using VOIP for couple of years now but I thing its wrong for millions of other suckers who are still paying for their land lines.  Eventhough I liked the idea .. but I am not about the irate customers who have issues with their service and have to listen to their career AD. They all probably belong to "I hate comcast Group"....................

Fast forwarding... the newsflash came on May 30th when country's largest provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services joined hands with Monster.com

Big deal? YES and Interesting! As Comcast.net is a top 10 site nationwide with 12 million high-speed Internet customers.
They do give a comcast.net id to customers and the best is allowing customers to create their own webpage.

Now I am moving from "I hate comcast" to "I love comcast"

Sorry for the best part and getting back to Google basics.

Start with site:comcast.net j2ee and start digging!!!

Stay Tuned..........................
