Sourcing PHR or SPHR

This happened again. Many of my friends ask me are you a recruiter or a researcher... I am a researcher and the immediate question is then why did you do PHR? Why can't I? oh well! my friend says...I never seen a researcher or sourcer  going for PHR /SPHR ; either you must be thinking about going towards the HR line (By the way who says I am not  a part of HR) or may be recruiter positions.

Being a part of HR, my purpose of doing PHR was to have the knowledge and review of important laws and regulations as well as an overview of information that is commonly used by human resource professionals.
Having an MBA from India on HR management won't cut it working in US as things are different. Is this a good reason enough?(and yes I do delete emails with photos...thanks PHR ... )

And for all those recruiters looking for HR Managers or HR Generalist .. here's a list of people who cleared the PHR /SPHR certification earlier this year. It covers every state in US and even International candidates.

Use some tool like pipl or zoominfo and start calling them and don't call me for HR generalist positions. I am not looking to be one but yeah surely I like to hear what you have for a research positions...

So whats great about this link? Even I could  have found that out by visiting HRCI site. Yes that you could but how would you find the candidate who did certification during May-June 2006 window? Snap shot below....

And now you know I am not a recruiter and that you need a researcher.. .

Start digging.. stay tuned...
