Fake visa agents eating into H1B quota..... Beware of resumes form Hyderabad and Banglore.
Here's a video (below) from CNN-IBN correspondent Payal and Bikas who posing as a H1-B seeker went to one of the consulting companies in India.

“We will get you a fake employer who will file for your H1B Visa. We will show a proper company owned and
operated by a US citizen that will apply for your work permit,” the Visa agent was caught saying on the hidden camera.

Am I surprised ?... NO, Not at all. This is nothing new and stuff like this had been happening for so many years and I was neither surprised when Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Richard Durbin (D-Ill) wanted to probe on how Indian outsourcing firms use U.S. work visas.
Many Indian consulting companies had been or rather I should say still underpaying and playing with L1 and H1 B visa for a long time.
