Our Speaker:

Glenn Gutmacher founded Recruiting-Online.com in the late 20th century, and created one of the world's first recruitment sourcing training courses available completely online. He is currently a Recruiting Researcher at Microsoft, following a similar role at Getronics North America from 2003-05, and running Greater Boston's first major newspaper chain job board from 1996-2000.

During Glenn's presentation, you will glean hands-on techniques to:

  • dramatically increase your productivity and speed in generating results with recruiting bookmarklets ("browser favorites on steroids")
  • find the right passive candidates online via associations, user groups and other virtual communities
  • find diverse candidates using online personals
  • take social networking search to the next level
