Broadlook Tools
Its always a pleasure meeting another Technical Recruiter and especially when he's brilliant and has a bunch of recruiting tools...
Meet Donato Diorio, Founder and CEO of Broadlook.com
A company created by a Technical recruiter and someone who really understands the recruiting aspect; Broadlook tools are the recruiters dream come softwares.
I had been using the tools for sometime now but the more you use them the more you come across something new.
Four great tools I have been using-
Imagine a tool which creates a long list of companies within minutes of inputting a simple keyword search while filtering out the junk. - Thats Market Mapper for you.
Contact Capture
Profiler in a nut shell pull out contacts, Bios from your target company in real time and aggregate the information together.
Checkout the list of ATS he created in 4 hrs.. May be its time for Recruiting 3.0 while saying Bye Bye to RPO
It pulls real time data from the net- So you know the name/contact you are pulling is the current contact. It even pulls Bios, location and emails from the target company.
Diver which I mention in one of my previous blog post is one of THE BEST software a recruiter / sourcer could have. It extracts the contact information or resume out of the search engines expediting Internet research. Strongly recommended for those who aren't afraid of boolean strings.
Congratulations on your new baby and Welcome to the world of blogging.

Rithesh, thank you for the kind words. Great to meet you at the KPMG training. It is tremendous fun to train people who both "get it" and contribute great ideas and best practices. - Donato
