It's interesting to see that most of the top 10 companies are not even "orginal" Indian companies but special kudos to RMSI, Godrej, NTPC and others who are making great stride. he software gaints like Tata (TCS), Infosys, Wipro  who are making billions in profits don't even figure in the list.

Why is this important ? - Attrition. Even though the Indian IT giants are paying a huge salary but lacking in work life balance or being engaged or being felt as a part of company. People has to come first.
TCS, infosys and Wipro faces high attrition rate even though they have strong brand equity or employees working for them have an opportunity to work for fortune 500. The biggest problem lies with HR strategy.
