ITLance has a clean cut, easily navigable design, searchable and posting job board.   A IT job board where in neither employer nor  the applicants need to register or pay to use the site.

I liked the clean interface and the incredibly easy way to use. Sign up was a breeze and posting a job was easy too. I liked the tab feature with various category and easy click way to sorry out full time/part-time/freelance position.
* Thank you for mentioning the word "Full time" instead of "Permanent" like many boards. Some at least understand the difference.

I posted a UI Designer position on 10/06/2008 and after 9 days I see around 120 views( rather 115 as couple of them would be my views). I am not sure if anyone has applied through this site  as our ATS doesn't capture itlance.com.
I see a lot of position posted are for freelance work but with the easy setup I really hope this won't be the last we hear of them. Giving it some more chances and posting one more position - lets see how it goes.



Overall assessment:- Site worth checking!
