Resume Finder - The New Sheriff
It took me a sometime to master the art of boolean search. Its an art learned speaking/mentoring and more importantly practicing. A training or attending a webinar or even a AIRS course could NEVER make you a good sourcer or a researcher.The key is the 3 P's. Practice, and Practice.

I had been playing with a relatively new resume sourcing tool and it has became one of my favorite tool. Like the name suggest  (Resumefinder) it finds resumes.
ResumeFinder finds resumes of passive candidates on the Internet without having to know complex commands and advanced techniques. By typing in a keyword or two, maybe adding a location when necessary, ResumeFinder feeds multiple search strings into Google and all other major search engines automatically and creates resume results in minutes.
The application has the ability to automatically find resumes(need I say more), contacts/Phone numbers and emails. By using basic search query strings, making it a great tool for recruiting companies seeking greater efficiency and a higher return on time spent searching for candidates online. You can export the resumes/data to Excel, ACT, Outlook or your hard disk. I use excel for saving and it gives me the info in a very readable clean format

Resume Finder is a very straightforward application which extracts real-time resumes, Phone number, City State from various search engines like Google, Yahoo, AltaVista, All the web and many others. It even has inbuilt strings to search social networking site ,companies ,people etc.

ResumeFinder installs easily as a toolbar and inputting keywords C++ Java giving me thousands of results with in seconds. ResumeFinder lists the number of results of each logic one below the other from all major search engines, making it easy to compare. This is brilliant as it tells me which string is producing how many results and if there's any need to refine it. On the same page I can see the different logic and I can extract resumes without going page to page. All you hit is the GRAB button once the search engines brings the results and


  

This is must have application for every recruiter/sourcer. The price is very reasonable price far below most products in this space. Combined with Egrabber this is one powerful software to capture, preview and organize all your results, saving you potentially hours of clicking and cutting and pasting.
